Strong is the new skinny, Superdry just proved it with an event at Icetank Studios for their new sports range.

The lights were dimmed to a soft pink with a tropical vibe and Hayford & Rhodes floristry were there to set the scene.

Superdry is loved by all and the event was no exception as all bloggers and press wore the new sporting collection ready to work up a sweat in a HIIT class with Carly Rowena.

Not only is Carly a personal trainer, she is also one of the UK’s best health and fitness bloggers. Her motivational attitude pushed all guests to their limits, faces matched the pink lighting by the end of the class.

After working up an appetite, yummy vegan snacks were prepared beautifully on our kitchen bar. Superdry was one step ahead for their press breakfast with the introduction of nitrogen smoothies being made in front of our very eyes… smoke the lot!

It was great to see all contributors come together and empower one another in their social media and sport. Thank you Superdry for the most active and exciting morning event we’ve seen for 2017!
