A Healthy Day At Icetank’s White Space Product Launch Venues In Covent Garden
With Veganism rising each year in the UK and after Veganuary at the beginning of this year, being so successful with over 100,000 people taking part, it’s no wonder that Flora’s vegan spread has hit the roof. Made with “100% plant goodness” it’s perfect for those who love the taste of butter.
TALK.GLOBAL, a London-based, strategic communications and PR consultancy, organised and created a beautiful set up for Flora’s event at Icetank.
Our Ground Floor, was covered in grass and filled with sunflowers to create that “plant goodness” feel. An amazing company called Flowerbox, put together the centre piece on the ceiling, by clipping each beautiful sunflower one by one, making a bright and eye-catching installation.

At lunch, guests had the honour in tasting a selection of vegan dishes including; roasted cauliflower and Za’atar with tahini, beetroot hummus dip and an orange and polenta upside down cake. For dinner, guests were provided with a three-course menu, which screamed creativity. They started off with a dark ryebread with lime and miso flora, topped with crushed avocado, radish and tomato. The main course was a twist on the popular katsu curry; using cauliflower and flora braised rice. Most importantly for those who love dessert; Food Show made a vegan sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce. Yum!
This event design was probably our favourite this year. It was like walking into a secret sunflower garden, hidden away in the middle of Central London. Floral designs seem to be trending this year and as we are a blank canvas with no limitations, Icetank is the perfect venue for these beautiful creations!
